Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent is disgusted by her ex-fiance Randall Emmett's "nonstop" updates about their daughter Ocean on Instagram. Lala, 31, and Randall, 50, welcomed their daughter Ocean in March 2021, less than a year before their relationship went sour. Lala notably kept a significant part of her relationship away from the public when she and Randall started dating. According to reports, she and Randall kept their romance a secret for two years. In 2018, they announced their engagement after going public earlier that same year. Lala and Randall planned to walk down the aisle in 2020 but postponed the ceremony because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Months after putting their wedding on hold, The Give Them Lala author sparked split rumors after she deleted photos of Randall from her social media in October 2021. One month later, reports surfaced that the twosome had ended their engagement amid cheating allegations. Following their split, a source noted that Randall did not want to split, but it was Lala's decision adding that the trust between the couple was non-existent. Since calling it quits, Lala has made several statements that showed she and Randall's split wasn't amicable. In March 2022, she accused Randall of being unfaithful to her in the comments section of an Instagram post. She also noted at the time that she was alone during most of her pregnancy and for the first seven months of her daughter's life until the mask fell and she saw who Randall really was.
Despite Randall and Lala's post-breakup tensions, they have been co-parenting their daughter. However, Lala doesn't seem to approve of Randall being with Ocean. Her disapproval hasn't stopped Randall from flooding social media with pictures of his daughter during their time together. Due to the film producer's continuous posting of Ocean's pictures, a fan could not resist asking Lala what she thought about it. During an Instagram Q&A session, a fan asked Lala if it was hard seeing Randall's nonstop posts of her sweet baby. Lala replied, "It's gross rather than hard." She explained that Randall calling the paparazzi whenever he was with Ocean "is really disturbing." However, Lala noted, "We all see it for what it is. The problem (one of many) with narc[issists] is even though we all see them and their little pretending game, they still believe we could never see them for who they are. It's scary."
Lala's reaction is coming after Randall documented his "snack time" with Ocean. Besides Ocean, Randall is also the father of London, 12, and Rylee, 8, who he shares with his ex-wife Ambyr Childers. Though things have gone sour between Randall and Lala, the former lovebirds once had nothing but love and respect for each other. Randall once gushed about how Lala was an amazing stepmother. Lala has also proven to be a doting mom to Ocean. Following her and Randall's breakup, she revealed that Ocean was her strength amidst her "traumatizing" relationship controversies.
From dealing with Randall's cheating allegations to parenting an 11-month-old, Vanderpump Rules star, Lala, has gone through a difficult period. However, she has waded through the storms with strength and has learned to deal with the difficulties gracefully. However, her relationship with Randall after their split continues to worsen. Her disapproval of his social media posts about Ocean is proof of the tensions between them. Hope remains that the exes can find a common ground and solve the issues between them so they can co-parent the adorable Ocean effectively. Lala and Randall evidently love spending time with their daughter, who also needs them. However, one hopes they can do so without hurting each other's feelings.
